Fire Protection Services
For all Fire Detection, Protection and Suppression Systems we offer full turnkey solutions which include the ability to design and carry out full on-site installations under supervision and including all staff and artisans required for the project. Surveys and Maintenance form part of the scope of work undertaken by TBJ Africa. We offer Gas/Dry Powder/Foam/Water Suppression Systems; Fire Detection and Control Systems; Fire Pumps/Tanks/Piping Equipment; Portable Fire Fighting Equipment and Evacuation Systems.
Corrosion Engineering Services
TBJ Africa understands the importance of providing extended life cycles to customers working in harsh environments. For this reason we undertook to offer corrosion prevention and protection services covering Corrosion Engineering and Piping Services; Pipeline and Tank Integrity Inspection Services; Non-destructive Testing Services; External Corrosion Direct Assessments; Coating Integrity Surveys and Cathodic Protection Systems.
Fabrication Services
Owners and operators in the oil & gas, mining, mineral processing and marine industries are constantly requiring the services of qualified fabricators. Our recent strategy determined that we needed to expand into this market segment to provide our customers with operational solutions. Our alignment with a well respected and ISO listed fabrication facility has allowed us to focus attention on specialised as well as general engineering services. Detailed Design – shop detailing, shop drawings; Service Centre (CNC plate & pipe cutting, rolling & bending); Fabrication & Construction; Survey Services – 3-D Scanning; Pipe Work; Marine Riser Inspection and Repairs and Conveyor Screw Repairs and Fabrication are some of the services on offer
Mining Services
Rapidly expanding growth in the Iron Ore/ Coal / Gold / Copper / Uranium and Diamond Mining sectors in Africa has seen increased demands from owners/ operators to seek local avenues to ensure minimum downtime on breakdowns particularly when operating in remote locations. Coupled with governmental pressures to initiate local content programmes Mine owners and operators are being forced to consider other options whilst trying to maintain stringent safety regulations.
Heat Exchangers
In our efforts to extend the life of our customers equipment we offer the supply and commissioning of new Heat Exchangers as well as offering the highest quality of maintenance to all brands of Heat Exchangers. We are able to provide collection, service, commissioning, decommissioning and deliveries to our clients.
Logistics
Our alliance with a Logistics Operation involved in Africa for the past 20 years has given TBJ Africa access to a combined network of owned offices, partnerships and representative agencies in various African countries thereby allowing us to offer a complete logistics service (air, sea and road where applicable) as part of our business service to our clients.
3rd Party
TBJ Africa also offers a limited 3rd Party Procurement Service to compliment our core business on a cost plus basis.
TBJ Africa have secured specific manufacturer and supply partnerships/alliances for all products. As part of our efforts to ensure we become a strategic supply partner to our clients, diligence with regards to quality and approved manufacturing processes is of paramount importance and is strictly monitored and adhered to.
