4” bottom loading arms are capable of loading at flow rates up to 2500lpm and are designed to enable complete crossover within the API envelope of up to 6 arms in a single bay.

Top Loading Arms

The “Pantograph” top loading arm is a simple and inexpensive design for medium duty applications with a horizontal reach of up to 2600mm. Typical flow rates for top loading are up to 1500 lpm. Options include top loading valves with or without remote operating handle, overfill protection, spear diffuser, drip buckets and parking adaptors. Vacuum breakers are also available to assist drainage of the loading arm.

The “Longreach” top loading arm with full crossover ability and a horizontal reach of up to 5500mm, can load both sides of a gantry and reach all compartments on a typical road tanker without the need to move the tanker. Options include loading valves with or without remote operating handle, overfill protection, vapour recovery, spear diffuser and parking adaptors. A special high load base swivel may be required for longer or “wet” arms.

Vapour Recovery Arms

Available in all bottom loading configurations, the vapour recovery arms provide a safe and efficient method of vapour collection. The vapour recovery arm removes the potential safety risk of vapour hoses in load bays and also eliminates the need for costly hose replacement. The vapour coupler used is the low pressure drop VCF500 vapour coupler which allows for multiple compartmental loading.

Keep the loading arms at a certain height to connect to the API envelope. Simple and safe balance adjustment.

Spool Pieces

Loading Arm spool pieces made to length with either 75mm(3”) or 100mm (4”) TTMA flanges are available in mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium configuration to suit individual customer requirements.

Swivels / Break-away Couplings

Single plane cast aluminium swivel commonly mounted on outboard end of bottom loading arm, allowing movement of the drop hose and loading coupler relative to the tanker API Adaptor. A ball and needle bearing system provides optimum axial and radial load bearing with minimum friction 360-degree rotation in the horizontal plane.

Safety Break-away couplings are used to prevent pull away accidents, protect terminal and loading/unloading equipment and eliminate unwanted product release.

Drop Hose

Hard wall hose used for the suction delivery of unleaded gasoline and fuels with aromatic content, suitable for use as a tank truck hose.

API Coupler

Allow for connection & disconnection without any spillage from the loading rack to the tanker, The API710 is an automatic latching bottom coupler that provides effortless automatic connection for a safe and drip free product transfer.

Overfill Protection

The complete overfill protection system ensures that a truck compartment cannot be overfilled with liquid. The system switches off the pump in 0.5 seconds, thus preventing spillage.

Vapour Coupler

The latest release vapour coupling with spring loaded hinged poppet retains vapours until coupled to the male vapour adaptor.

 

FOR AVIATION USE:

Hydrant Coupler

Hydrant coupler used in Jet Aircraft refuelling operations.  It connects to a hydrant pit valve or hydrant pit adaptor to allow pressurized fuel to flow from an underground pipeline and into the receiving aircraft.

Underwing Nozzles

Internal interlock technology results in a smaller, thinner, lighter nozzle.  Easily connects to all aircraft, even newer, smaller private jets.

Overwing Zozzles

Easy to operate nozzle for delivery of all fuels and aviation fuels equipped with “power assist” dashpot operation to make it as light as a service station nozzle.

Aviation Hose Reels

Adapts to a variety of drive mechanisms, hose lengths & products for high pressure use.
