Description:

STUD BOLTS & NUTS

TBJ Africa supplies stud bolts & nuts in a variety of materials from carbon and stainless steels to exotic nickel alloys.

The Stud bolt & Nuts are used in applications where corrosion, creep, heat resistance and strength are often vital. Due to the criticality of these items, quality is of paramount importance and therefore all materials are fully traceable back to original mill certificates. Having such a wide range of materials TBJ Africa is able to offer an immediate response for products required in “breakdown” situations.

Dedicated Stocks: – Due to the requirements of various clients procuring same standard fasteners on a regular basis TBJ has dedicated stocks of finished or semi-finished fasteners.

Manufacturing Process

Preheated Steel is used by our manufacturer. Thread rolling guarantees quality of profiles, smooth finish and resistance to seizing. The parts are all marked with grade identification symbols and the manufacturer’s trademark. The nuts are hot-forged and treated before tapping.
